Spreading the word about a great support programme for SMEs developed by Bayes in partnership with Mayor of London, Greater London Authority, London Business Hub and LEAP.
Together with our friends from Canopy we helped Bayes Business School develop and execute the strategy to recruit business leaders for their 6-week intensive executive education programme.
To make sure we get to highly relevant messaging and an engaging narrative, we started with unpacking the value proposition of the programme. In-depth interviews with alumni, participants and product owners was critical for this exercise. Together with Canopy, we then created a fit-for-purpose video that showcases the key end-user benefits.
The video was activated via a performance marketing campaign targeting the potential audience on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
The biggest challenge of this project was boiling down the programme benefits and framing them in a way that resonates with SME leaders that are struggling during this time of economic crisis.
